M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

Qualification

Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.

Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.

Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements

Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.

Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.

Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.

Site Location:

Singapore West Area.

Working Hours:

8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, including 1-hour lunch time, and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturday.

Salary Range:

(SGD) $ 6,000 per month.

Expected Commencement Date:

November 2026.
