M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·      To prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule

·      To monitor the shop drawings and material submission

·      To check & verified that M&E drawing is compliant to authorities’ requirements

·      To check M&E drawings and highlight if there are discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements

·      To prepare progress report

·      To coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues

·      To monitor the installation work as per coordinated

·      Responsible in conduct inspection &/or testing of building works and documented inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO

·      Follow up on necessary rectification work &other follow up tasks.

·      To monitor all sub-contractor to provide drawing as per coordinated

·      To guide M&E supervisor on site work as per coordinated.

Requirements

·      Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·      2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
