Senior Business Analyst (AI & Banking Transformation)

Our client is a leading IT consulting company supporting clients’ transformation of management, business, and IT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Lead end-to-end transformation projects for financial institutions, covering project planning, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and production rollout.

·        Drive AI, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives by working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

·        Define project scope, governance, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue management frameworks.

·        Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and translate business needs into functional and system requirements.

·        Leverage data analysis and fact-based validation to support requirements definition, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.

·        Assess current and future-state business processes and design practical solutions, including system enhancements, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled initiatives.

·        Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders, technology teams, and regional headquarters to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

·        Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate requirements, resolve project challenges, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

·        Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation solutions, within banking environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Proven experience leading business transformation, digital transformation, or technology delivery projects within banking or financial services.

·        Knowledge of overseas operations and regulatory environments within the banking sector.

·        Knowledge of AI, data analytics, intelligent automation, or digital transformation programs within banking environments.

·        Strong project management experience covering project planning, scheduling, governance, deliverable management, issue management, and stakeholder coordination.

·        Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills, with the ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, negotiate solutions, and build trusted relationships.

·        Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience leveraging data to validate requirements and support business decisions.
