Sales Executive (Indoor)

Job Summary

Maintain and grow customer relationships by delivering exceptional after-sales service and sourcing new sales opportunities. Manage order processing and coordination with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Advise customers on product selection and develop a sales pipeline to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Source new sales opportunities actively to expand the customer base and increase revenue

Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to provide accurate and persuasive customer advice

Build relationships with new customers to establish trust and generate sales leads

Process customers' purchase orders accurately and liaise with Production and Logistics departments to ensure timely and precise delivery of products

Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their specific needs and specifications to optimize customer satisfaction

Create and maintain a sales pipeline that accurately reflects the status and priority of sales prospects for effective sales forecasting

Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received via website chats, emails, and inbound calls to convert leads into sales

Coordinate and set up meetings between potential customers and outdoor Sales Executives to facilitate sales closure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support sales and administrative tasks

Knowledge or experience in Interior Design or Carpentry, providing an added advantage for customer advising

Proven sales experience demonstrating ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and sales challenges

Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills to close deals effectively

Effective communication skills to engage customers and internal teams clearly

Exceptional customer service skills to enhance customer experience and loyalty
