Be Part of Our Success

Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC)

Work closely with the Lead for Compliance &Risk Management Office (CRMO) to provide oversight over the Organization’s adherence to legislative and regulatory standards;

Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to management & employees;

Conduct process reviews with the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls.

Data Protection

Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization;

Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.

Education& Awareness

Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;

Create, administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational material/events/ activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.

Ad-hoc Duties

Support any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor and management.

Qualities We Value

Degree or Diploma Holder-Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of risk management, data protection or internal audit

Entry level candidates with a keen interest to grow professionally in the fields of data governance & risk management are welcome to apply

Relevant certification (e.g Certified Practitioner in Data Protection, Certified Information Privacy Professional etc) will be an added advantage

Ability to work independently, objectively and constructively

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with various stakeholders

Analytical and meticulous with strong attention to detail

Energetic, systems-minded and solutions-oriented

Experience with applied AI or workflow automation is a major plus.

Proficiency in using generative AI tools to drive productivity is highly valued.
