Sales Manager (12 Months Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share in Asia Pacific countries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners

identify new business opportunities and develop new customers to achieve sales targets.

Manage the sales process from customer development and quotation through negotiation and order follow-up.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication and execution of business activities.

Provide regular sales forecasts, market updates, and business reports to management.

Travel within Southeast Asia as required to visit customers and support business development activities.

Requirements

Degree in Business Management with Min 3 years of experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology services or related industry.

Strong understanding of the Asia pacific market and experience working with customers in the region.

Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Willingness to travel as required.
