Warehouse Assistant (1 Year Contract)

Job Summary:

Supporting role in Logistics Inbound & Outbound activities

Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)

Packing & Palletizing and related logistics assistance for movement of stocks/ products

Label goods received with accuracy and ensure proper storage of goods as required

Material kitting for outbound transaction & material movement to production shopfloor

Escalate to Supervisor/ Manager if found concern on safety issues or potential breakdown in warehouse process gaps that may lead to inventory inaccuracy, quality of the materials and delivery during receiving and materials issuing

Ensure receiving items are correct and complete with the accompanying documents and strictly following the documented Work Instruction and Procedures.

Notify Logistics for any discrepancy for receiving & outbound items

Ensure that the storage area and the goods are properly maintained

Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE N level or equivalent.

Basic understanding of English.

Basic inventory knowledge

Attention to detail (correct labelling & packing).

Willing to Perform Over Time.
