Position Title: Service Crew

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: 6 days including weekends & PH, (Split shift: 10:30am – 2:30pm, 6:00pm – 10:00pm)

Salary Package: Basic

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and answer their enquiries.

Take and serve beverage orders promptly.

Prepare beverages, desserts, and cut fruits.

Clear, clean, and set tables for customers.

Refill beverages, bar items, and supplies.

Check and organise cutlery and crockery.

Deliver food and trays promptly.

Provide good customer service.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Follow company procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Restaurant or F&B experience is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
