Carpenter Supervisor – Job Scope

Supervise and coordinate carpentry workers at factory and project sites.

Plan and assign daily carpentry work according to project requirements.

Check measurements, drawings, materials, and work specifications before production and installation.

Supervise the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of cupboards, cabinets, doors, furniture, and other carpentry works.

Ensure work is completed according to the required quality, dimensions, and project schedule.

Guide workers on proper carpentry methods, tools, and installation procedures.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other site workers.

Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work progress.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment.

Maintain workplace cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Inspect completed work and rectify defects or installation issues when required.
