Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of cleaners at assigned locations.

Plan and allocate daily work assignments to cleaning staff.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are met.

Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of cleaning personnel.

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaning staff.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit replenishment requests when necessary.

Attend to client feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

Prepare reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and operational matters.

Assist with recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning operations or facility management.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to manage and motivate a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.

Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shift schedules when required.
