CNC Machinist (Milling / Turning)

Machine Setup & Operation

·       Able to set up and operate Turn or Mill machines independently.

·       Do tool-setting and work piece-setting.

·       Able to calculate, set, and modify machining parameters (speeds, feeds, depths of cut, tapers, etc.).

·       Able to perform minor programming or program editing at machine controls is an advantage.

Technical Skills

·       Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

·       Able to understand and apply basic geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

·       Ability to use measuring instruments, gauges, and measuring techniques.

Housekeeping & General

·       General cleaning (5S) of the production area, follow any tasks given by supervisor/leader.
