Warehouse Supervisor

1. Warehouse Operations

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the warehouse.

Ensure goods are properly received, checked, stored, picked, packed and dispatched.

Maintain proper arrangement and organization of goods in the warehouse.

Ensure stock is stored safely and according to company requirements.

Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety and security.

Ensure proper handling of goods to minimize damage or loss.

2. Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate.

Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods.

Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and documented.

Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding stock availability.

3. Local DeliveryArrangement

Plan and arrange daily local deliveries according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Liaise with drivers and delivery personnel regarding delivery instructions, locations and special requirements.

Prepare and provide delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents to drivers.

Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.

Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing when required.

Ensure proof of delivery and signed documents are properly collected and returned.
