Site Supervisor

To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Distributing resources. Following the project in case, there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks.

Time management. Developing deliverable schedules for the project or construction team.

Ensure project completion and handover on time.
