Job Description

Contact traders (via emails and phone calls) to return supporting documents and make payments for the defaulted permits and composition sum cases in in C2IS, and respond to their queries.

Handling generic email accounts and generic phone enquiries.

Collate simple workload statistics outside of system.

Any other administrative matters.
