AB03 - Service Captain / Supervisor | $2.5K–$3.3K + OT | Spanish Cuisine

Service Captain/ Supervisor (Spanish cuisine) x3

5.5 days, or 5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week

Salary: $2,500 - $2,900 + OT (Captain), $3,000 - $3,300 + OT (Supervisor)

Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar

Job scope:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.

Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
