Air Freight Key Account Support Executive

Working Location:  Changi Alps

Working Hours:  Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm | Alternate Sat, 8:30am–12:30pm

The Job:

Support  end-to-end air freight import and export shipments  for key customers.

Coordinate the entire shipment process and ensure operations comply with customer SOPs.

Plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift and provide early updates on potential delays.

Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies.

Proactively resolve operational issues and implement recovery actions to prevent service failures.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and  KPI reports  for customers.

Ensure high service standards and smooth coordination between Customer Service and Operations teams.

The Talent:

Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma.

Minimum  2 year of air freight operations experience.

Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience preferred.

Experience handling  operations and billing functions.

Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with logistics systems such as  CW1  and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
