Job Summary

Join our new salad bar team near MRT, opening October/November. We seek Salad Bar Crew with a positive attitude, passion for food, and commitment to excellent customer service. Training and Food Hygiene Certificate sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

Wash, cut, portion, and prepare vegetables, proteins, toppings, and other ingredients for food preparation.

Perform simple cooking tasks such as reheating, oven roasting/grilling, and light stir-frying using an induction cooker to prepare menu items.

Assemble salads and other food items neatly and present them at the bar counter following company standards.

Take customer orders accurately, operate the cashier/POS system, process payments, and respond to customer enquiries to ensure smooth service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and front-of-house areas to comply with food safety requirements.

Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor and replenish food levels at the service line to maintain sufficient supply during operating hours.

Adapt to shift rotations and work flexibly at different stations as needed.

Work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy periods while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Required competencies and certifications

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Willingness to learn and maintain a positive, responsible attitude.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous food service experience is an advantage but not required.

Food Hygiene Certificate training will be sponsored by the company (T&C apply).
