Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Corporate Secretarial Executive to support the provision of corporate secretarial services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA regulations, maintaining statutory records, and handling corporate secretarial matters for client companies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and lodge statutory filings with ACRA through BizFile+.
Draft directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
Prepare Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Return (AR) documentation.
Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records.
Assist in company incorporations, striking-off applications, and corporate restructuring exercises.
Monitor statutory compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities on corporate secretarial matters.
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
Support administrative and ad hoc assignments as required.
