Maintenance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the operational efficiency of vehicle facilities and circuit systems.

Manage and guide the technical staff and technical officer team, providing effective maintenance and repair services.

Communicate and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, supervise projects, maintenance, repairs, shutdowns and major overhauls, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Regularly inspect the workplace, systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Prepare and submit costs and quotations to support project and maintenance budgets.

Respond promptly to user requests and feedback on malfunction issues, coordinate with the team to ensure timely problem resolution.

Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles, maintain accurate maintenance lists and records.

Assist the safety team in conducting risk assessments in accordance with workplace safety and health policies and practices.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to record and report maintenance activities and communicate.

Required skills and certifications

Vehicle repair or mechanical maintenance professional, at least 3 years of vehicle maintenance management experience

Any diploma or degree related to mechanical management

Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

Effective communication skills and teamwork ability
