Job Responsibilities

Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, ingredient handling and basic cooking tasks according to recipes and instructions.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment and food preparation areas.

Support daily kitchen operations, including ingredient replenishment, dishwashing and general kitchen duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, catering or food preparation environment will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Able to follow recipes, food preparation instructions and hygiene procedures.

Good teamwork and communication skills with a willingness to support kitchen operations.

Willing to work in the Outram Park area and according to the assigned work schedule.
