Job Summary

Manage and oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring site operations, schedule adherence, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution

Plan, monitor, and adjust project schedules to meet timelines and milestones

Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals

Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards

Enforce workplace safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe site environment

Review, coordinate, and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness

Prepare detailed site reports and maintain project documentation for transparency and tracking

Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly to avoid delays and maintain quality

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience

Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in Singapore construction projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and coordinating drawings

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies

Ability to manage subcontractors and lead site workforce

Good understanding of safety and quality standards

Good command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication
