about the job

Lead the conceptualization, detailed design, and rigorous checking of mechanical systems across various projects

Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis, provide technical expertise, and develop innovative solutions to address complex project challenges

Ensure all mechanical designs and project executions strictly adhere to local codes, statutory regulations, and authority requirements

Oversee comprehensive project management, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth completion of projects within scope, budget, and time constraints

Drive the financial management of projects, handle contract administration, and prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents and technical specifications

Manage the overall design process while tightly coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, and external consultants

requirement

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers Board)

Min 4 year of experience in Mechancial Design as a consultancy for construction building project

QP/PE qualified will be consider for senior role

Industrial building or commercial building experience will be a plus

Highly conversant with local regulatory codes and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF, NEA)

Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM / Revit software is an added advantage
