WE ARE HIRING — HR MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full spectrum of HR operations.

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition.

Manage onboarding, probation and offboarding.

Handle employee relations and workplace matters.

Coordinate payroll, leave and attendance.

Develop HR policies and procedures.

Manage performance reviews and employee development.

Coordinate training and staff engagement initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and manpower analysis.

Provide HR advice and support to management.

Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field.

3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices.

Highly organised and detail-oriented.

Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.

Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.

Working Arrangement: 5-day work week
