Customer Service / Sale

Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 + Commission

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Manage existing customer accounts and build strong customer relationships

Handle contract renewals and follow up on customer retention

Follow up on sales leads and enquiries via calls and emails

Prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal offers

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Handle customer orders and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Resolve customer issues and provide timely support

Prepare sales and customer reports for management

Achieve assigned renewal and sales targets

Provide sales and administrative support as required

Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks assigned

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

Experience in service-based industries is preferred

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Comfortable with outbound calls and customer follow-ups

Experience in quotations, proposals, renewals, or sales support is an advantage

Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts

Spoken Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates
