Job Responsibilities

Process medication orders and prescriptions, including stock receiving, checking, picking, packing and quality checks

Manage pharmacy inventory and operations, including replenishment, stock counts, billing, housekeeping and pharmacy consumables

Coordinate medication deliveries and support pharmacy improvement initiatives, IT/automation implementation, staff training and other operational duties as required

Job Requirements

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, or equivalent

1–2 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in pharmacy or medication-related operations

Experience in medication delivery, pharmacy automation or outpatient pharmacy operations will be an advantage

Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office, with good organisational and problem-solving skills

Proactive, motivated and resourceful with good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
