Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

To assist QS Manager to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments.

Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied.

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design (ID) projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs.

Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.

Review tender documents and raise any queries to the client.

Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.

Job Requirements:

Civil Engineering / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying (Interior Design) and Building Industry or equivalent.

Min. 2 years of relevant experience in A&A live environment.
