ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting and finance-related activities.

Prepare and issue invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.

Record and maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper payment records.

Process supplier invoices and arrange payments.

Perform bank and account reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting summaries.

Assist with payroll processing and related payment records.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, statements, and other financial documents.

Monitor company expenses and ensure proper supporting documents are maintained.

Assist with GST and other statutory submissions, where applicable.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in handling full sets of accounts

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and exposure in XERO an advantage

Independent with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous and good analytical skills
