Join our Singapore team to apply your systems experience and passion for cybersecurity in a technical role focused on system management and support. Knowledge of Microsoft Security Solutions will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage installed systems and infrastructure to maintain operational stability and prevent downtime

Configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools to optimize system performance

Ensure continuous availability of technical resources to support seamless business operations

Collaborate with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to address client technical requirements and deliver effective solutions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Identity Management concepts to enhance system support capabilities

Ability to work independently to manage tasks and resolve technical issues effectively

Minimum 2 years of system support experience, preferably in an enterprise environment

Basic understanding of system fundamentals
