Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500

Working Location: Airline Road

Working Hours: Mon- Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)

Responsibilities

Manage air export shipments from booking to departure.

Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents, warehouses, and trucking teams.

Handle flight bookings, cargo arrangements, and shipment schedules.

Prepare and check export documents, including MAWB, HAWB, invoices, and packing lists.

Coordinate customs clearance and ensure shipments meet deadlines.

Monitor cargo collection, delivery, and airline handover.

Track shipments and provide updates to customers and agents.

Handle shipment changes, delays, rollovers, and operational issues.

Prepare pre-alerts and maintain accurate shipment records.

Update shipment details and coordinate billing with the accounts team.
