💰 Salary: $2,500/month

📅 Contract: 12 months, with option to extend for another year

📅 Start Date: 1 March 2027

📅 End Date: 29 February 2028

📌 Job Responsibilities

Manage the General Office reception counter, phone calls, enquiries and deliveries.

Assist students, teachers, parents, vendors and school stakeholders with enquiries.

Attend to unwell or injured students and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and parents.

Provide basic first aid and maintain the sick bay and first-aid supplies.

Liaise with parents on administrative matters such as GIRO, Edusave and financial aid documentation.

Perform general office administration, including data entry and preparing Word/Excel documents.

Monitor office supplies and make occasional trips to the Post Office.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of front desk/reception experience.

School reception experience is preferred; primary school experience is an advantage.

Good spoken and written English.

Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and telephone etiquette skills.

Warm, empathetic and mature approach when interacting with others.

Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.

Basic First Aid with CPR + AED certification is preferred.

🕐 Working Hours

Mon–Thu: 7:00am–4:15pm (45-min lunch)

Fri: 7:00am–3:45pm (45-min lunch)

School holidays: 8:00am–5:00pm (45-min lunch)

No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
