Location: East Area– Changi Business Park

Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable/convertible based on performance)

Salary Range: $2,700 – $4,000

Working Hours: Operating hours are 8.30am – 8.30pm, on a 5-day work week with rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Entitle with 14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalization Leave, insurance coverage, and completion/performance bonuses

Another same role is available; for rotating afternoon shift, you will be entitled with another $1000 of allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional matters.

Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

Acknowledge and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.

Conduct customer outreach to encourage the adoption of digital banking services.

Consistently deliver high-quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction, without compromising risk standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and requests.

Multi-task effectively while speaking with customers and navigating multiple system application screens simultaneously.

Consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service.

Adhere to professional standards of behaviour and conduct with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience (bank industry) preferred, but entry-level/ other industry are welcome to apply.

Positive attitude, patient, and resilient when handling customer queries or complaints.

Able to commit to rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
