We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional to join our Human Resources team as a HR Executive, Payroll & Total Rewards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR support activities while contributing to employee engagement and organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Coordinate payroll administration for Singapore and assigned APAC entities.
Verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, incentives, deductions, and leave records.
Process new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, resignations, and final salary payments.
Administer statutory submissions including CPF contributions, IR8A, and IR21 reporting.
Process government-paid leave claims, childcare leave claims, maternity leave claims, and NS make-up pay claims.
Generate payroll reports, manpower cost reports, and payroll reconciliations.
Serve as the HRIS and payroll system administrator, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Handle employee enquiries relating to payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions.
Rewards, Compensation & Benefits
Support the administration and enhancement of employee rewards, benefits, and wellness programmes.
Manage relationships with insurance brokers, insurers, healthcare providers, and employee benefits vendors.
Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and incentive programmes.
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis using market data.
Prepare compensation and benefits reports and HR analytics for management.
Coordinate employee recognition, long service awards, and wellness initiatives.
Support continuous improvement of employee value proposition and benefits offerings.
HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Monitor leave administration and HR data accuracy.
Prepare monthly HR reports, headcount reports, and payroll statistics.
Participate in HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of payroll administration experience.
Experience managing full in-house payroll processing.
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and IRAS requirements.
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (such as Timesoft or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Compensation & Benefits administration will be advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
