VICE PRINCIPAL

Job Responsibilities:

-Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the school according to the school's policies and quality standards;

-Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents.

-Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance of the school

-Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.

-Lead the overall vision, culture, and academic direction of the school

-Support sustainable growth and high-quality educational outcomes policies and ensure full implementation across the school

-Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)

-Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)

-Minimum 8+ years of experience in education, including at least 5 years in senior leadership (Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School level)

-Strong knowledge of: Cambridge International Curriculum (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE)

-Proven experience in international school leadership

-Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

-Ability to lead school growth and drive academic excellence
