Job Responsibilities:
Handle appointments, payments and general front desk duties
Attend to customers’ enquiries via phone
Assist therapists during consultations
Update and maintain customer records in the system
Support company activities and daily clinic operations
Requirements
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Willing to work at different clinic locations
Relevant clinic, front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
