Marketing Support Assistant

Opportunity to join a large Japanese MNC and gain exposure to the factory automation industry.

Opportunity to build marketing knowledge and practical experience while working within the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities.

Assist in preparing marketing-related documents, reports, presentations and materials using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Support the team in coordinating marketing activities, campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Assist with maintaining and updating marketing records, databases and information in the company’s internal system.

Assist with basic coordination with internal teams and external parties on marketing-related matters.

Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties to support the Marketing team.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field (Marketing, Business, Communications will be an advantage).

No experience are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.

Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Comfortable handling ad-hoc tasks and supporting the team when required.

Approachable and willing to assist with urgent matters when needed.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
