M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme

Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines

Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors

Coordinate with all BIM modelers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of various M&E contractors

Carry out testing and commission of M&E works

Manage sub-contractors / in progress production planning & build

Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction

Supervise day-to-day site works

Handle the project supervision and documentation

Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples and work progress

Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team

Ensure timely prepare and submission of CSD

Attend progress / site / MEP meeting

Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Main Contractor invlolving M&E works

Able to work independently

Good safety knowledge and attitude

Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
