Teacher's Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organised Teacher Assistant to provide administrative, classroom and student support in a primary school environment.

Job Description:

Maintaining and updating of data records including stocktaking of teachers’ resources and inventory.

Preparation of teaching resources to be used in classrooms.

Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and when required.

Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. during daily arrival and dismissal of students, chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, supervise students during recess play etc.

Providing administrative support during school events e.g. usher for Parent-Teacher meetings, man registration counter for school concerts etc.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Teacher Assistant / Teacher Aide in a primary school is preferred.

Sec 4 education or equivalent is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Contract Period: 4 Jan 2027 to 30 Nov 2027

Working Hours: Mon – Thu (6.45AM – 4PM), Fri – (6.45AM – 4PM) (inclusive of 45min lunch break). School Holiday Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7AM-11AM)
