HR Admin Executive (Govt Sector / Onboarding in Oct / Nov 2026 / Up to $3000)

Onboarding timeline:

2 weeks to interview after being contacted

Start work after 8-12 weeks upon successful interview

Job Description

Provide HR administrative and corporate services.

In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs

Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees

Updating of employees' personal particulars

Managing of employees' leave and claims.

Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.

Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills & experience needed:

Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience

Strong service excellence mindset

Location: Bukit Gombak and Hillview

Salary: $2,400 - $3,000

Performance Bonus

18 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Contract until Jan 2029 (Extendable)

Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
