Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to oversee technical operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site coordination, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring that engineering work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site engineering or project execution.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and sound problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Familiarity with construction site procedures and industry best practices for mechanical and electrical engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site technical and engineering matters related to mechanical and/or electrical systems.

Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all site activities are executed according to schedule and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of design and structural details.

Identify and resolve technical/site issues efficiently to minimize disruption and maintain workflow.

Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, technical challenges, and mitigation actions.

Ensure all work carried out complies with quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual requirements.

Perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic site environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs.
