Country Manager, Singapore – Smart Locker Business

Job Responsibilities

Lead the overall development and day-to-day management of the company’s smart locker business in Singapore.

Develop local business plans and take responsibility for revenue growth, cost control, operating expenses and market development.

Build and manage the local team, establish working processes and drive business execution.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, property owners, logistics partners, government agencies and industry associations.

Identify suitable locations and partnership opportunities for smart locker deployment.

Manage key accounts, contract renewals, additional business opportunities and customer information in the CRM system.

Lead commercial negotiations and monitor accounts receivable, payment risks and contract compliance.

Work closely with headquarters and internal teams to ensure local operations comply with Singapore regulations and company requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or a related discipline.

At least five years of B2B sales, key account management or business development experience.

At least three years of experience managing a market, business unit or sales team.

Experience in logistics, smart hardware, e-commerce, O2O services or related industries would be advantageous.

Good understanding of the Singapore market and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise directly with Mandarin-speaking headquarters, regional partners, and to navigate internal systems and documentation rendered in Chinese.

Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
