Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and timely project delivery through effective team management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites to ensure timely and quality completion

Enforce compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment

Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project deadlines

Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to verify quality and reliability

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project progress with timelines and requirements

Prepare progress reports and update project documentation accurately and promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation or supervision

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices to support effective supervision

Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance

Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively

Communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and coordinate with stakeholders

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules at project sites
