[0580] Site Engineer [Residential | Solar / Waterproofing / Painting]

Working Location: Lor Bakar Batu (Nearest MRT: Mattar)

Working Days: Monday - Sat Half day

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm; 9am - 1pm

Salary Range: Basic $2,500 - $3,000. (Transport allowance: $350 for owning car, $200 for owning Motorcycle)

Responsibilities

Daily Supervision of the project work teams to upkeep the productivity of the scheduled work completion timeline.

Responsible to come up with Sales Orders for the inventories needed to kickstart the confirmed project commencement.

Responsible to plan at least 1 week ahead for the manpower allocation and work out the individual project schedule commencement and completion timeline.

Responsible to perform daily reporting of the project progress to Business Head.

Responsible to present the project work teams’ schedules and manpower allocation in Odoo Software for every Tuesday BD & Operations meeting to Management. ( Able to use Odoo software for Project Management is an added advantage, if no knowledge, On Job Training on using Odoo software for project management will be provided by company.)

Reports Directly to Business Head.

Responsible to use Helioscope to design for Residential Owner’s Roofs and using Autocad for drafting Residential Single Line Diagrams.

Responsible to perform work completion Quality Control for every completed residential project and come up with Quality Control Reports for each completed residential project.

Responsible to liaise closely with Residential BD Team and Business Head to plan Project Commencement schedule and work completion timeline.

Requirements

Knowledge to use basic computing tools like Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Solar panel installation work, Roof Waterproofing and Painting work experiences background

Possess Singapore Class 3 driving or Class 2 motorcycle licence. ( Transport Allowance will be provided ).
