We have trained over 50,000 professionals across individual and corporate programmes, and as AI continues to transform the workplace, we are expanding our training capabilities to meet growing demand.

We are looking for a Lead Trainer & Course Developer to join our in-house team in Singapore. This is a senior role that combines hands-on training delivery, end-to-end course and curriculum development, and leadership of training quality and delivery standards.

You will deliver AI training to individual learners and corporate clients, while also designing, developing, and taking ownership of new AI courses and training programmes. You will help establish training standards, support and mentor other trainers, and ensure our programmes are consistently delivered to a high standard.

You will play an important role in ensuring our AI training offerings remain relevant to industry developments, emerging AI technologies, and the evolving needs of our learners and corporate clients.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both delivering training and building what gets taught — while also having the experience and leadership capability to raise the quality of training across a wider team.

What you will own

Training delivery & leadership

Conduct training sessions for individual learners and corporate clients.

Deliver clear, practical, and engaging AI training based on the objectives of each programme.

Explain AI concepts, tools, and applications in a way that is accessible and relevant to learners with different levels of technical knowledge.

Adapt training delivery based on the needs of different learner and client groups.

Facilitate practical exercises, demonstrations, discussions, and real-world use cases where appropriate.

Establish and maintain high standards for training delivery, learner engagement, and classroom experience.

Support, coach, and mentor other trainers to strengthen delivery quality and consistency.

Share best practices, training approaches, and AI use cases with the wider training team.

Provide guidance to trainers on course content, delivery approach, and learner engagement where required.

Course & curriculum development

Build, develop, and take ownership of new AI courses, curricula, and training programmes.

Define learning objectives, course structures, lesson plans, practical activities, assessments, and supporting materials.

Develop programmes for both individual learners and corporate clients.

Create and maintain training content, presentation materials, exercises, assessments, and other learning resources.

Translate emerging AI technologies and workplace use cases into practical, outcome-focused learning experiences.

Identify opportunities to develop new AI training offerings based on industry developments, emerging technologies, learner demand, and client needs.

Review and continuously improve existing AI courses and programmes based on learner feedback, industry developments, and training outcomes.

Ensure course content is accurate, current, practical, and aligned with programme objectives.

Work with the wider team to develop programmes that meet learner and corporate client requirements.

Training quality & programme ownership

Take ownership of the quality and consistency of AI training programmes across delivery teams.

Review training delivery, learner feedback, and programme outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Establish and refine training guidelines, delivery standards, and best practices.

Support the onboarding and development of trainers through content familiarisation, training guidance, and coaching.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure new and existing programmes are effectively developed, delivered, and continuously improved.

Stay closely connected to developments in AI and identify opportunities to incorporate relevant technologies, tools, and industry applications into the training portfolio.

What we look for

We are looking for an experienced AI trainer and course developer who can combine strong subject-matter expertise with the ability to lead training quality, develop programmes, and support other trainers.

Beyond that:

Must hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Strong practical knowledge and hands-on understanding of AI and its applications, including areas such as Generative AI, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering, automation, or other relevant AI applications.

Demonstrated experience delivering AI training, workshops, classes, or professional learning programmes.

Strong experience developing courses, curricula, training programmes, learning objectives, lesson plans, learning materials, or assessments.

Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or supporting other trainers is strongly preferred.

Experience establishing or maintaining training delivery standards, curriculum quality, or learning outcomes is an advantage.

Strong ability to communicate AI concepts clearly and effectively to learners with different levels of technical knowledge.

Comfortable working with both individual learners and corporate clients.

Able to translate technical and emerging AI concepts into practical, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Strong ownership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage training delivery, course development, and trainer support.

Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to continuously learn and keep up with developments in AI and emerging workplace applications.

Experience delivering SSG-accredited courses or working within the Singapore training environment is an advantage.
