Location: Kent Ridge
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (3 days per week)
Salary: Up to $24/hour
Job Responsibilities:
Manage student cases and provide appropriate follow-up support.
Provide crisis management, intervention and support for students in distress.
Conduct initial mental health and needs screenings to assess students’ concerns and support required.
Provide psychoeducation and share information on available mental health and counselling services.
Refer and connect students to appropriate internal or external resources based on their needs.
Advocate for students’ mental health and well-being.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or related field.
Able to conduct risk assessments and provide appropriate intervention and support.
Able to manage complex and potentially at-risk cases.
Able to commit at least 2 full days per week.
3 years’ experience in mental health or community case management is an advantage.
