Owns the ASEAN alliance portfolio, including partner strategy, performance, P&L, growth, profitability, and value creation.
Selects, structures, manages, reviews, renews, and exits external partnerships end-to-end.
Holds partners accountable for KPIs and commercial outcomes.
Drives partner business planning, performance reviews, risk/opportunity management, and decisive actions.
Ensures partners execute strong commercial strategies based on customer, market, competitive, and scientific insights.
Negotiates high-impact agreements aligned with Bayer’s strategic and financial objectives.
