Retail Brand Ambassador (Full Time)

Our client is a Singapore-based home & lifestyle retail brand known for a strong customer experience and a positive, energetic store culture.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily store operations and key activities under management's directives

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment aligned with brand standards

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

Mentor part-time retail staff and ensure SOPs are followed

Assign tasks to part-timers and give constructive feedback to improve team performance

Assist with store inventory management and internal/external stock transfers

Maintain and improve the store environment

Work closely with management on sales activities and customer feedback

Core Key Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail role (part-time experience accepted)

Excellent communication and customer handling skills

Fluent in English

Good team player with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Able to work a 5-day week including both weekends

Open to Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign applicants (work pass sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)

Nice to Have

Fluency in Mandarin

Passion for home & lifestyle products

Must be comfortable working in both outlets (one in central area, one in Jewel Changi)
