Customer Service Assistant (Logistics)

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily client and customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Provide accurate updates on parcel and delivery status.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow up until resolved.
• Assist with delayed, failed, missing or damaged delivery enquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team, warehouse and drivers to resolve delivery issues.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases.
• Escalate serious or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Perform basic customer service and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Patient and able to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Responsible and able to follow up on issues independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of customer enquiries and follows through until the issue is resolved.
