Job Description & Requirements

1. To plan & find new opportunities.

2. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 3. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

7. Making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

8. To manage large client relationships.

9. Identifies business growth opportunities and develops strategies to increase company sales.

10. Operations manager will be responsible for operations within a retail setting.

11. The role could include creating and maintaining operational policies and procedures as well as strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer service levels.

12. Oversee the daily store operational tasks, main store image and ensure merchandising of product is accordance to company’s standard and guidelines.

13. Supervise and lead so as to build a team committed in achieving targeted sales.

14. Train, coach and develop staff to ensure high standards of customer service and housekeeping maintenance.

15. Conduct periodic stock-take, inventory control and security check etc.

16. Resolving problems or issues arising from daily activities.

17. Develops and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
