Job Summary

Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of classrooms, play areas, toilets, pantry, and office spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

Clean classrooms, play areas, toilets, pantry, and office spaces daily to maintain hygiene

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces to ensure cleanliness

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly to maintain a clean environment

Sanitize children’s furniture, toys, and common areas to reduce health risks

Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies to ensure availability for daily use

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards consistently throughout the premises

Manage time effectively and work independently to complete assigned cleaning tasks

Perform other duties as assigned by the principal

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior cleaning experience, preferably in schools, childcare centers, or similar environments

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards

Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks

Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility in work attendance and conduct
