Location: Redhill

Responsibilities

Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing documentation, and attending coordination meetings.

Lead a team of Architectural Design Coordinators in managing and coordinating architectural works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the proper interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings and details.

Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes of practice, and company standards.

Plan, organise, and supervise the production of construction drawings, including shop drawing submissions and approvals.

Provide technical support to the site team and address discrepancies or design issues encountered during construction.

Monitor architectural progress on-site and resolve coordination issues involving structural, M&E, and ID trades.

Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet architectural requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture.

Relevant experience in building construction for commercial, industrial, mixed development or high rise private residential projects, preferably with A1 main contractors.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a construction or engineering consultancy environment.

Knowledge of local submission and authority processes, such as URA and BCA.
